Subway has been all over the news lately with their TUNA!! What is it… tuna, not tuna… mushrooms… who knows! Today I wanted to test my own tuna recipe and the new Good Catch vegan Tuna!
Kind of like a vegan tuna A/B test!

Either way we are making a vegan tuna salad that should come out really good and EASY!
