Ingredients: 1/2 cup grapeseed or avocado oil 40g ginger 4 sticks green onion 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup jasmine rice 3 pieces garlic 2 tsp toasted sesame oil 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 cup water 300g jackfruit pepper to taste handful of cherry tomatoes 100g cucumber few sprigs cilantro Directions: 1.
