My NEW Favorite FAKE MEAT

There are tons of vegan meats available now and trying to find one that works for so many dishes can be hard.. With soy curls we can get crazy!! You can make burgers, pulled sandwiches, stir fry, its endless. Today I’m going to make an asian inspired dish, a vegan “pulled pork” sandwich, and a soy curl burger!! Bring a pot of water to boil for the pasta 2. Peel 3 pieces of garlic and chop the broccolini into bite sized pieces 3. After our last mushroom experiment I knew I needed to keep trying different methods of making mushrooms more meaty.. I like to see what happens when things interact with mushrooms, like MSG. So I topped off some mushrooms with MSG, Salt, Baking soda, and some meat tenderizer to see how the mushrooms would react… I was pleasantly surprised!!
