Out of all the vegan chicken recipes and vegan chicken store bought products I’ve tried.. this is the best. When you combine methyl cellulose and jackfruit it forms an incredible bitey, meaty, chickuny form and its incredible! This is one that I would LOVE all of you to make!! ITS WILD… and gluten free… so thats cool too.
