Hello friends! By request, I give you Vegan Noodles Romanoff! Creamy, cheesy white sauce envelops wide pasta noodles in this super easy 20 minute recipe.

WRITTEN RECIPE for EASY VEGAN NOODLES ROMANOFF
7oz uncooked wide flat pasta noodles (200g)
1 cup v. sour cream
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1/2 cup grated v. parmesan
2 tablespoons vegan butter
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
dash of vegan worcestershire sauce
