Original video with music : https://youtu.be/X2wRPLFHdEA ———————————————————————– Ingredients: serves 2 100g Okinawa black sugar 100g water 40g kudzu powder 120g water Instructions: 1. in a sauce pan, put black sugar and water then simmer for 10 – 15 minutes on low heat. set aside. 2. add water to kudzu powder little by little and let them dissolve. 3. pour the mixture into a pan, float it on the surface of boiling water. 4. sink the pan into boiling water after the mixture become kind of solid. 5. in a minute or so, the mixture should turn transparent. then transfer it into cold water. 6. slice the kudzu sheet and serve with the black sugar sauce. 7.
