Original video with music : https://youtu.be/X2wRPLFHdEA ———————————————————————– Ingredients: serves 2 100g Okinawa black sugar 100g water 40g kudzu powder 120g water Instructions: 1. in a sauce pan, put black sugar and water then simmer for 10 – 15 minutes on low heat. set aside. 2. add water to kudzu powder little by little and let them dissolve. 3. pour the mixture into a pan, float it on the surface of boiling water. 4. sink the pan into boiling water after the mixture become kind of solid. 5. in a minute or so, the mixture should turn transparent. then transfer it into cold water. 6. slice the kudzu sheet and serve with the black sugar sauce. 7. The cannellini beans and sweet potatoes give a creamy texture and slightly sweet flavor, while toasted pine nuts and chipotle sauce give a spicy, smoky kick.  Fresh lime juice brightens and balances all the flavors.
