Let’s begin Ingredients: 3 pieces garlic 1 onion 75g oyster mushrooms 2 tbsp olive oil salt + pepper to taste 2 tbsp capers 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp sweet paprika 800g puréed tomatoes 2 cups vegetable stock 1/2 lb spaghetti few leaves basil Directions: 1. Roughly chop the garlic and oyster mushrooms. Finely chop the onion 2. Heat up a sauté pan to medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Sauté for 2-3min 3.
